Rai Way Edge Project at the Innovation For Change challenge

Rai Way is taking part in the Innovation 4 Change competition for the third time in a row.

Innovation For Change, I4C, is a competition that recognises and rewards cutting-edge solutions to current social, economic and environmental challenges. Rai Way’s team of students, led by Luca Beltramino, Rai Way’s Chief Datacenter Officer, set out to tackle our challenge: “How to accelerate global sustainability through the use of Edge Data Centres?”

This initiative involves several teams led by the event’s other partners, providing Rai Way with an extraordinary opportunity to exchange and promote the principles of innovation and sustainability. 

The event, created in 2016 by Collège des Ingénieurs Italia, Politecnico di Torino and CERN Ideasquare, will culminate this year on 6 July with the Demo Day, an opportunity to compare the various solutions identified by the different teams and award prizes for the best ones.
